Applied Chiropractic and Wellness Care is seeking a chiropractor to take over a busy, well established integrated health care clinic. The chiropractic clinic owner, Dr. Paula Landgraf Degelman is retiring and relocating to another province. This opportunity is available immediately but could start as late as September 1 2018. The price is negotiable. I am looking for someone to take care of the patient base.
This 20 year old established clinic is located in a multidisciplinary health care strip mall, main floor on the busiest traffic road in Prince Albert. The office has great signage both inside and out that lite in the evening. The office has been recently renovated and is very clean, modern and inviting. The clinic has 5 treatment rooms currently occupied by 3 cold laser therapy treatment rooms shared with acupuncture and 2 chiropractic rooms both with electric drop piece tables. The Wellness clinic has a focus on family health care with emphasis on nutrition, lifestyle and stress reduction. The clinic currently engages in selling nutritional supplements along with a few other health conscious items.
There are many referrals from the various health practitioners in the building. The South Hill Medical Building has become a one stop destination in Prince Albert for health care. Currently it provides family doctors, minor emergency, pharmancy , optometry, ophthalmology, dentistry, chiropractic, physiotherapy, orthodontics, naturopathic medicine and extremely convenient radiology services.
